The equipment we stock and build for New York City buildings, photographed as it actually arrives. 36 units across thru-wall condensers, packaged rooftop units, commercial air handlers, ductless systems and hydronic fan coils.

To be clear about what we do: we supply equipment and handle delivery. We do not install, and none of these are photographs of our crews on site, because we do not send crews. Your contractor installs. What we bring is sourcing, including sizes no manufacturer serves any more.

Thru-Wall Condensers

The 36 inch by 19 inch sleeve opening is the New York City standard, and no manufacturer builds for it any more. These are custom fabricated to drop into the sleeve already in the wall, charged with R-454B.

National Comfort Products

NCP is one of the few manufacturers still building through-the-wall equipment, in R-454B and R-32 across the 1000, 3000 and 4000 series. We are an authorized dealer.

Packaged Rooftop Units

Compressor, coil and air handler in one cabinet, so there are no refrigerant lines running down through occupied floors. The usual answer where roof access exists and mechanical room space does not.

Commercial ECM air handlers from 10 to 20 tons. The hard part of an air handler swap in a NYC building is rarely the equipment, it is getting it up the stairs or into the freight elevator.
