The Aerosys TTWC-R24P21LX is a 2.0-ton through-wall condenser built for the spaces where a 1.5-ton unit just doesn't cut it -- large living rooms, open-concept layouts, and oversized master suites in the 700 to 1,000 square foot range. At 24,000 BTU, this is the most popular size we sell into NYC co-ops and condos, because it covers the majority of primary living spaces without being oversized for the room (which wastes energy and causes humidity problems).

Like every Aerosys TTWC, this is a split system outdoor condenser. It mounts through your building's wall sleeve and connects to an indoor air handler on the apartment side via refrigerant lines. You get real air conditioning performance -- not the compromise of a packaged terminal unit.
