For buildings, not single apartments

Replacing a whole line?

Buildings rarely have one dead unit. They have one per apartment on a line, installed the same year, failing the same year. One specification, one order, deliveries staged against your contractor schedule so units land when the crew is ready rather than sitting in a basement for a month.

We supply the equipment and handle delivery. Your contractor installs.

Line orders, common questions

Why is a line order priced differently?
Because it is one specification instead of twenty. We confirm the opening once, lock the spec so every unit matches, and schedule deliveries in batches. That removes most of the per-unit handling, and the saving goes into the price.
Do all the units have to be identical?
They usually are, because buildings were built that way, but they do not have to be. What matters is how many distinct wall openings exist across the line. One opening size is one order. Three sizes is three, and worth knowing before you budget.
What if the building runs a discontinued brand?
That is the common case. Aerosys closed and AboveAir left the through-the-wall market, so buildings that standardised on either have no catalog replacement. For the 36 inch by 19 inch opening we build a custom R-454B unit to fit the sleeve already in the wall.
How far ahead should we order?
Further than feels necessary. Custom 36 by 19 units are built to order on a 2 to 3 week lead time, and that is before board approval, a certificate of insurance, and a service elevator booking. Buildings that order in March install calmly. Buildings that wait for a July failure pay emergency pricing one apartment at a time.
