15 Ton AC Only ECM Multiposition Air Handler 460-480/60/3 R-410A CFM 6000

This Rheem unit is a 15 Ton indoor air handler, charged for R-410A. It is new stock, no damage, and it ships freight from our surplus channel, which is how the price lands where it does rather than at full distributor list. It runs on 460-480V power.

Air handler swaps are the most common retrofit we see in NYC commercial buildings. The unit has to fit through the door, up the stairs, or into the freight elevator, and the existing duct connections rarely line up on the first try. Measure the path in before you measure the unit. An ECM motor will usually pay for itself in a building running long hours.

On R-410A: new R-410A equipment stopped being manufactured on January 1, 2025, and the install-through window for remaining inventory closed at the end of 2025. What is left is existing stock. If you are maintaining a building that already runs R-410A, matching the refrigerant is far cheaper than converting the whole system, and this is where that equipment is coming from now.
