Why we are not giving you a dimension here

We could not find a spec sheet for the Chilled Water Fan Coils that we trust, so we are not going to print a number we have not verified. A guessed sleeve dimension is how a building ends up with equipment that will not go in the wall. Measure the opening, or send us a photo with a tape in it, and we will confirm the fit ourselves.

Ordering more than one?

If this model is on a full line of apartments, send the count and we will quote the line together with staged delivery so the units arrive as your contractor is ready for them, rather than all at once.

Confirm it fits

Measure the wall opening itself, not the old cabinet, and check it here. If you want the full picture first, the sleeve size guide covers every standard NYC opening and how to measure one properly.

What fits my opening?

Measure the wall opening, not the old unit. Cabinets are built undersized so they can slide in, so measuring the equipment gives you a number that is too small. Measure in two places, because these are rarely square after decades.
