Ductless works where ductwork will not: prewar apartments with plaster walls, converted lofts, back-of-house spaces that were never zoned. Multi-zone sets let you run one outdoor unit for several rooms, which keeps the facade and the roof clear. Line set routing through an occupied building is the part that takes planning, not the equipment itself.

On R-410A: new R-410A equipment stopped being manufactured on January 1, 2025, and the install-through window for remaining inventory closed at the end of 2025. What is left is existing stock.
