This Lennox unit is a 120,000 BTU ductless system, charged for R-410A. It is new stock, no damage, and it ships freight from our surplus channel, which is how the price lands where it does rather than at full distributor list. It runs on 460V power.

Ductless works where ductwork will not: prewar apartments with plaster walls, converted lofts, back-of-house spaces that were never zoned. Multi-zone sets let you run one outdoor unit for several rooms, which keeps the facade and the roof clear. Line set routing through an occupied building is the part that takes planning, not the equipment itself.

On R-410A: new R-410A equipment stopped being manufactured on January 1, 2025, and the install-through window for remaining inventory closed at the end of 2025. What is left is existing stock. If you are maintaining a building that already runs R-410A, matching the refrigerant is far cheaper than converting the whole system, and this is where that equipment is coming from now.
