  • How long will it take to receive my unit?
    Our typical lead time is 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. While we strive to meet this timeline, some parts are custom-made and may cause slight delays. We ensure the fastest delivery possible while maintaining the quality you expect.

  • Do you offer installation services?
    At this time, we only provide the unit itself and delivery services. Installation is not included, but our team can assist in providing installation advice if needed.

  • Can you ship outside of New York City?
    Currently, we focus on NYC delivery to ensure quick service and local expertise. We do not offer nationwide shipping at this time, but feel free to contact us for more information.

  • Are the compressors and refrigerants included?
    Yes! Each unit is built with a new compressor and pre-charged refrigerant, ready for installation when it arrives.

  • Can I use this unit to replace a different brand or model?
    Our 2.5-ton thru-wall condenser is designed to replace Aerosys TTWC-R30P21, TTWC-R30P21LX, VCU-C-030-1-S, and VCU-C-030-1-X models. If you're unsure, feel free to send us your current unit's model number, and we'll help confirm compatibility.
